Order preparation and delivery time Due to the high demand for our products and the increasing volume of orders, the preparation and tailoring of orders may take varying amounts of time, which are clarified next to each item on the website, to ensure the best quality and service possible. Order processing time is indicated next to the item (written in parentheses), whether it specifies the delivery date or the working days for processing. Please note that working days are only from Sunday to Thursday, and the shipping duration is added to the processing time. Shipping policy Inside Riyadh: Delivery within 48 hours after updating the order to "In Delivery" and completing the preparation. Outside Riyadh: Delivery time ranges from 3 to 7 working days after updating the order to "Completed" and finishing the preparation. A tracking number will be sent immediately after shipping to enable you to easily follow the delivery status. Payment policy You can pay securely via credit cards or bank transfer. The order is confirmed upon receipt of the payment, and its status is updated to "In Progress," then the preparation and shipping procedures begin without delay. Return and exchange policy All our pieces are made based on the customer's request (whether with special measurements or according to the attached size chart), so they cannot be returned or exchanged. The customer has the right to cancel the order only if its status is "Under Review." No orders can be canceled once their status has changed to "In Progress." If the item has "Immediate Delivery" written next to it, it can be returned or exchanged within the same day only. Return or exchange fees are borne by the customer.
